  • None at all. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're completely new to personal development or a seasoned practitioner ready for a deeper level of transformation. All you need is an open mind and a genuine desire to change.

  • Group activations are live, guided experiences combining supportive teaching with powerful inner work — including meditations, visualisations and hypnosis techniques — designed to positively reinforce new beliefs, ideas and identity as you step into your reinvention. 

  • Every person's journey is unique, but participants can expect to leave with clarity on their path forward and the confidence and motivation to act on it. You'll develop a stronger, more authentic sense of self, a clear awareness of your purpose and direction, and a new understanding of what is truly possible for you. You'll also release limiting beliefs and subconscious programming that have been creating indecision, fear, stagnation and self-doubt  and gain practical tools to continue growing long after the program ends. Connection with a network of like-minded people is an added and often deeply valued bonus.

  • Approximately 4 hours per week - 2 hours for your personal 1:1 coaching session and 2 hours for the live group activation. Sessions are scheduled with participants' time zones in mind so the commitment fits as naturally as possible into your life.

  • Group sessions are scheduled to a mutually workable time wherever possible. If you have specific time zone concerns before applying, please reach out at support@thealignmentcode.store and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes — participants must be 18 years or older to join the program.

  • Absolutely not — in fact, not knowing is often exactly why people come. Discovering your purpose and direction is one of the core outcomes of the program. You don't need to have the answers before you begin. You just need to be ready to find them.

  • No. Your comfort and autonomy are respected throughout. If you'd like to opt out of any activity at any time, you're completely free to do so — no explanation or consequence required. This is your journey.

  • This is a live program and sessions are not recorded. This is a deliberate choice — the live, real-time nature of the group creates a depth of presence, trust and transformation that simply can't be replicated in a recording. 

  • Yes — many participants come during periods of transition, uncertainty or burnout. The program is specifically designed to support you through change, not just when things are already going well. That said, if you are experiencing acute mental health challenges, we recommend speaking with a qualified mental health professional before joining and contacting us via support@thealignmentcode.store before purchasing your spot.

  • Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure every participant receives genuine personal attention and the group dynamic remains intimate and supportive. Exact numbers vary per intake but we anticipate 15 people maximum.

  • Not to worry — the program runs multiple times throughout the year, so if this intake isn't the right time for you, you're welcome to join the next one. We recommend registering your interest early so you're first to know when the next intake opens.

  • All sessions are delivered live via Zoom. You'll need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, earphones and a private space where you feel comfortable participating.
